Automate the replies you type every day — without building an app
Automation does not have to mean Zapier diagrams and APIs. If you send the same WhatsApp paragraph ten times a week, that is a job for a saved reply — and maybe one AI rewrite when the details change. This practical guide shows how to automate replies while keeping your tone and customer details intact.
Three levels, in order
- Phone canned responses for “hours”, “price”, and “location”.
- A Google Doc with longer answers you copy-paste.
- An AI draft only when the customer’s question is new.
Most people jump to level three and then spend longer editing the robot than they would have spent typing. Start at level one. You will feel the time come back the same afternoon.
When you do use AI, paste the canned answer plus the customer’s message: “Rewrite this reply so it answers their question. Keep my price. Keep my tone. Do not add a discount I did not mention.”
