Mr1Tech (mr1tech.co.za) is a practical tech blog operated from Johannesburg, South Africa. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact form / email: If you write to info@mr1tech.co.za or use a contact form, we receive the details you send (name, email, message) so we can reply.
- Comments (if enabled): Name, email, and comment text you submit, plus basic technical data your browser sends.
- Analytics / ads: If we use Google Analytics, Site Kit, AdSense, or similar, those providers may set cookies and collect usage data under their own policies. AdSense stays off until our account is approved; when ads or analytics go live, this page will name the tools in use.
- Server logs: Our host (e.g. SiteGround) may log IP addresses and request data to keep the site running and secure.
We do not sell your personal information.

- Operate, secure, and improve the site
- Show ads or measure traffic only when those tools are switched on
